Recruitment Consultant

Established in 1995, MPI Recruitment is a force to be reckoned with in the mining, resources, and affiliated industries. We have long-term, committed supply agreements with several principal and contract mining companies which will, along with our in-house BD team, drive a high volume of work to you as a consultant enabling you to focus on one thing – filling as many jobs as possible!  
 
We have several opportunities to join our workforce team all hot desks, ideal candidates must have a background in blue- collar trades or processing we also have a vacancy on our underground desk. We are looking for individuals who can both fill roles at a high-volume, whilst also being comfortable managing our existing accounts, and assisting our internal BD teams with new client targeting.

Who are we looking for? 

• Dynamic, resilient, and a master communicator: you love building connections and can navigate any conversation with ease 
• Technical recruitment experience preferred (12 months+) 
• Mining industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
