MPI are currently seeking an experienced Underground Shift Boss to join our client, in the Goldfields region. This role is offered as a temporary to permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.

Some of the requirements of your role will include:

Successfully develop and mentor a team by supporting the crew and addressing any issues
Collaborate with the crew to connect and set clearly defined accountabilities, roles, and development plans
Prioritise improvement opportunities and compose alternatives to systems and methods
Assisting the Underground Mine Foreman with change management initiatives and other projects, planning projects etc.

To be successful you must:

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Hold a valid WA Shift Boss Ticket
Hold a Working at Heights Ticket, Dangerous Goods Security Card is a must. First Aid is nice to have
Valid WA C-class driver's licence
Ability to undergo and complete all pre-employment checks.
