Our client, an ASX listed gold mining company, is embarking on the development of a stand-alone mining and minerals processing facility in in the Goldfields of WA.  With a projected mine life of 8+ years on current reserves, and significant resource upside within a prolific gold field, the projected low cost, high margin orebodies will help ensure a very robust mining operation.

Reporting to the site General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the mining operations and providing leadership to the mine technical team.  Operations will consist of a number of smaller scale open pits, offering a range of diversity in the role, seldom matched in larger scale single mine operations.

The role will suit either an experienced Mining Manager with strong technical computing skills, or an experienced Alternate / Senior Open Pit Mining Engineer, ready to transition to Mining Manager.

Offered on an 8/6 FIFO Perth roster, an excellent salary will be negotiated.
