On behalf of one of our clients, MPI are currently seeking applications from Heavy Diesel Fitters for multiple vacancies across the Kimberly's and Western Australia. These are long-term opportunities and will see successful applicants initially working under contract with MPI before transferring over to permanent with the client.

About the roles:
These roles will mainly be site workshop based plus some pit work as required. Servicing & breakdowns, plus diagnostics will play a big part of this position. Suitable candidates will be responsible for all maintenance requirements to the mining fleet.

To be considered you will ideally:

Hold a relevant Australian recognised 'Heavy Diesel' trade certificate
Hold a current driver's license
Hold a current National Police clearance
Be able to pass all pre-employment medical requirements, including drug/alcohol screen
Experience with production sized equipment on CAT, Komatsu or Hitachi machinery is highly beneficial
MUST be experienced on D10, D11 Dozers, 980 Loaders and 336 Excavators.

Unfortunately, we are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia.
