We are partnering with several leading gold producers in WA who require Mine Planning Engineers to join their operations across the Goldfields.

About the role:

The primary role will be delivering mine plans on a short-term, medium-term and long-term basis
Produce accurate and clear mine instructions including both lateral and vertical mine development stope note plans
Produce mine designs ready for the mine schedule and economic analysis of stopes
Work closely with the geology team to ensure designs are in line with available geological information
Creation of production D&B designs, charge plans and work instructions
Success in this role will come from your skills in being engaging, consultative, and approachable along with versatility and critical thinking.

What you’ll bring:

Degree-qualified in Mining Engineering (recognized in Australia)
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in WA’s underground mining environment
Competency using various Deswik packages (CAD, IS, Sched)
Current ‘C’ Western Australia drivers licence (manual)
