Production Supervisor

We are on the hunt for a Production Supervisor - Open Pit.
One of our principal gold mining clients is needing an Open Pit Mining Supervisor for a 6-month term of work.

We are looking for someone that has energy and drive - to help crews onsite achieve their targets and deliver to a high standard whilst maintaining integrity and safety standards. If you take pride in your work - and you are highly motivated to make a change and positive impact - This could be for you!

Job scope:

• You will oversee the day to day running of your crew
• Supporting your crew and staff onsite when needed
• Providing clear instructions to you crew
• Creating effective handovers with outgoing and incoming peers
• Following and making sure your crew are following best safety practices.

What do you need for this role:

• Must have at least 10 years machine operating experience - with 2 of those years being at a senior operating level
• Current “C” Class Driver's licence
• Quarry Managers Certificate or Section 26 Certificate
• Leadership and Supervisory Training advantageous.
