Our client is a global mining company with operating assets in Australia. They require a contract Engineering Superintendent to join their maintenance team at one of their Tier 1 operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager you will provide highly collaborative positive leadership whilst managing the site operational and project engineering functions.

Key accountabilities include:

Lead and mentor mechanical, civil, structural and electrical engineers
Manage the engineering for the processing plant and u/g fixed primary infrastructure
Structure and deliver on site engineering projects
Scope, manage, and implement maintenance and capital projects
Review and design engineering projects.

To be successful you will require:

Relevant engineering qualifications
A high level of engineering design experience
Strong and effective leadership skills
Demonstrated capital projects experience.
