Senior Production Engineer
We are partnering with a leading WA Gold Producer to recruit a Senior Production Engineer. This opportunity will be located at the at their mine site in the Kalgoorlie Gold Fields.

- Deliver weekly and short-term mine schedules aligned with long-term planning
- Develop and implement safe and efficient drill, charge, and remote bogging plans
- Conduct regular underground inspections and ventilation surveys
- Coordinate and support site infrastructure projects and contractor activities
- Mentor and develop junior production engineers and technical staff
- Ensure compliance with WHS (Mining) 2022 and site safety systems
- Prepare stoping and extraction notes, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Support statutory coverage and operational decision-making as required.
- Degree in Mining Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognised tertiary institution
- Minimum 5 years underground production experience in Australian gold mining
- Current C Class Western Australian Driver's Licence
- First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate (preferred)
- Proficiency in Deswik and other mining software
- Strong understanding of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and managing engineering teams and contractors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- WA-based or willing to work FIFO ex-Perth on an 8/6 roster.
