Exploration Manager
- Australia-based leadership role with regular travel to South America

MPI is seeking an experienced Exploration Manager, based in Australia, to lead and coordinate early-stage exploration activities across multiple targets. This is a hands-on leadership role managing an international team and driving fieldwork execution in-country.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the exploration strategy across multiple targets and phases
- Manage and support in-country teams, prioritising safety and operational excellence
- Collaborate with local teams on permitting activities and regulatory compliance
- Ensure all exploration data meets reporting standards under JORC.
- Fluency in Spanish (native speaker preferred)
- Degree in Geology and ability to act as Competent Person (JORC)
- Proven experience leading early-stage exploration programs, ideally in copper or other base and precious metals
- Strong South American operational experience
- Demonstrated ability to build cohesive, safety-focused teams in international environments.
