These positions are based on processing plants and will require repair of onsite mechanical equipment and systems.
To be successful, you must have:
- Trade Qualified (Mechanical) – or relevant Tertiary Qualification
- EWP and Confined spaces (Required), franna and rigging tickets (Desirable)
- Driver’s licence (C Class, manual car)
- Recent experience as a Mechanical Fitter in the mining industry for fixed plant (including Gold Processing Plant)
- Highly motivated, methodical and resourceful in fault finding
- Excellent rotating equipment maintenance experience
- Understanding of the WA Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations and a proven commitment to safety.
Unfortunately, we are only able to consider people who have had prior mining industry experience and are either Australian Citizens or Australian Permanent Residents.
