You’ll use your experience to:
  • Improve planning and scheduling routines

  • Support shutdown planning and execution.
To step into this role, you’ll need:

  • Fixed plant exposure, ideally gold processing
  • Experience improving performance in reactive environments
  • Strong understanding of PM systems, scheduling, backlog and RCA
  • A hands-on approach and ability to work across teams
  • This role suits someone who can step in, take ownership, and leave things in a better state than they found them.
Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider applicants with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or hold the necessary permits to work in Australia and are currently based in Australia.
