Take our end-of-year poll and tell us how 2022 was for you
In this month’s MPI poll we’re asking you how 2022 was for you, and what your plans are for 2023.
There’s an old John Denver song that says, “some days are diamonds, some days are stones”. Years, just like days, can feel a bit like that, too. We tend to look back on some years as having been good and others as having been bad.
As we hurtle towards the new year it’s natural to take stock of the year we’ve just had, start thinking about the year ahead, and make plans for the kinds of changes we might need to make to ensure 2023 is a diamond of a year.
In this month’s MPI poll, we’re asking you to share some of those thoughts with us. Anonymously, of course.
We want to know how satisfied you’ve been with your job and with your career progression in 2022. Perhaps this was the year you made a change, switching jobs in search of more money, a better position, or to make a positive change in your life. Perhaps 2023 will be the year you make that change instead.
Our short poll (which should only take you a couple of minutes to answer) also asks whether you received a salary increase in 2022, and whether you received any training.
Finally, we come back to John Denver’s diamonds versus stones, and ask how you’re feeling about your job and your career as you look ahead to 2023.
