You’ll get regular training on what matters most: The Australian mining industry, recruitment, HR/IR matters, and tech, so you'll always feel on top of what's happening. You’ll be supported by experienced coaches to help you get more out of every call. Alongside this, you'll have a clear development plan, so you'll know where you're going 12 months, 3 years, and 5 years from now.
With agreements in place with some of the biggest names in mining, much of your work will be speaking with people who’ve heard of you. And when new opportunities come up, you’ll be backed by our business development and marketing teams, so you won’t feel like you’re going in cold or unsupported.
When you need anything approving, you won't need to wait for 5 people to tick a box. Direct contact with the senior team means you'll always get a fast decision.
You’ll have the tools and support that make your job easier: Customer feedback platforms, marketing, onboarding, payroll, and business development teams that have your back, so you’re freed up to focus on what you do best.

You’ll be based in West Perth. A 5-minute walk from the CBD. There are plenty of cafes and good places to eat and meet. You can enjoy flexible working with one day from home each week. When you need a holiday, we'll look after your desk, so you’re not coming back to 500 emails.

About you:
You have a desire to succeed. You enjoy building relationships and you’re comfortable having honest conversations with people. You can easily pick up on what people need and you enjoy working in a supportive team.
Experience in technical recruitment helps, ideally 18 months or more. Experience in mining is a bonus, but it’s not essential.
