Not every core yard is the same. Some are defined by the work. Others are defined by the people.
We're looking for a Core Yard Technician to join a well-established geology team supporting both exploration and production activities. While previous core processing experience is important, this team places just as much value on attitude, reliability and being someone others enjoy working alongside.
The culture on site is one of the biggest reasons people stay. It's a team that looks out for one another, shares knowledge freely and takes pride in maintaining a safe, productive workplace. They're looking for someone who'll contribute positively to that environment, bring a strong work ethic, and be willing to jump in and help where needed.
Working an 8:6 FIFO roster (Tuesday to Tuesday), you'll enjoy the consistency of day shifts only and the balance that comes with a predictable schedule. With flights available from Perth, Brisbane, Darwin and Alice Springs, you'll have a straightforward journey to site and more time focused on what matters outside of work.
Whether you're looking to continue building your technical skills or simply want to be part of a good crew, this is an opportunity to join a team where your contribution will be valued.
You'll have some experience working in a core yard environment and understand the importance of accuracy, safety and teamwork. More importantly, you'll be someone who shows up with a positive attitude, takes ownership of your work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Minimum 12 months of core processing experience
- Current First Aid Certificate
- C Class drivers licence
- LF Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
You'll be joining a stable operation where you'll have the opportunity to continue developing your skills while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
If you're looking for a role where people matter, attitude counts and you'll be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we'd love to hear from you.
