You’ll learn the ropes of mining and technical recruitment with hands-on training and a plan to help you progress quickly. Experienced coaches will be there every step of the way, helping you sharpen your communication, and how you influence and recruit.
With long-term supply agreements with some of the biggest names in mining, 95% of your work will be speaking with people who are familiar with you. The other 5%? That’s where our business development and marketing teams will support you.
You’ll have the kind of tools and support that makes your job easier: Integrated tech, marketing, onboarding, payroll, and business development teams that have your back, so you’re freed up to focus on what you do best.
