Bogger Operator

MPI are seeking multiple Bogger Operators to work with one of our clients in Western Australia. These roles are offered on a long-term permanent basis with an established owner operator.

  • Roster: 2/2 with other options potentially available (8/6 7/7)

  • Roles commencing in November this year.
About the role:
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of loaders and tele-remote boggers to transport waste rock and ore within the underground mining environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Bogging of development headings to stockpiles and haul trucks
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and report faults
  • Perform road works and manage spillage and sump bogging
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and safety compliance
  • Identify and escalate opportunities for operational efficiency
  • Demonstrate strong safety leadership and environmental awareness.
How to apply and be successful:
  • Must have underground experience with a minimum of 12 months on the bogger, either frontline or tele remote
  • Ability to obtain a national police check
  • A valid driver's licence and relevant qualifications
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
  • You must have the right to live and work in Australia.
