Bogger Operator
MPI are seeking multiple Bogger Operators to work with one of our clients in Western Australia. These roles are offered on a long-term permanent basis with an established owner operator.
What’s on offer:
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of loaders and tele-remote boggers to transport waste rock and ore within the underground mining environment.
Key responsibilities:
Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.

- Ongoing permanent positions
- Roster: 2/2 with other options potentially available (8/6 7/7)
- Very competitive pay rates to be discussed over phone interview
- Roles commencing in November this year.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of loaders and tele-remote boggers to transport waste rock and ore within the underground mining environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Bogging of development headings to stockpiles and haul trucks
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report faults
- Perform road works and manage spillage and sump bogging
- Maintain high standards of work quality and safety compliance
- Identify and escalate opportunities for operational efficiency
- Demonstrate strong safety leadership and environmental awareness.
- Must have underground experience with a minimum of 12 months on the bogger, either frontline or tele remote
- Ability to obtain a national police check
- A valid driver's licence and relevant qualifications
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia.
