MPI has partnered with Vault Minerals to appoint Underground Electricians to their Deflector gold mine. Assisting with their transition to an owner-operator model, these roles with be offered on a permanent full-time basis.

About the role:
You will be responsible for providing timely preventative maintenance and repairs of the U/G mining infrastructure, UG radio and telemetry network facilities.

About you:

You will possess a strong collaborative approach to work as well as being detailed focused and have a strong focus on outcomes & results
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
We are also looking for people that are committed to getting the task completed and having the right attitude
Punctuality along with a great can-do attitude is a must.

Key requirements:

WA electrical licence
Previous underground electrical experience
HV switching ticket
Senior First Aid certificate
Crane, Dogging, EWP and Forklift – desirable
Current C-class driver’s licence
Hold a current national police clearance.
