MPI have partnered with Vault Minerals to appoint Underground Operators to their Deflector gold mine. Assisting with their transition to an owner-operator model, these roles with be offered on a permanent full-time basis.

We are currently recruiting for the following underground operator positions:

Shift Supervisor
Jumbo Operators
Bogger Operators
Long Hole Operators
Charge Up
Service Crew
Underground Truck Driver
Nipper

About the role:

2/2 roster (7 days, 7 nights, 14 off) FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton
Competitive pay rates + superannuation paid across all roles
Permanent roles from day one – Labour hire also offered

Exceptional crew (site has several staff with 5+ years on site) and site facilities.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 12+ months of experience in the role you apply for – gold experience preferred
Recent national police clearance (within 6 months)
C-class manual driver’s licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Full working rights in Australia.
