Senior People Advisor

You’ll join a Tier 1 gold producer in a high-impact advisory role, gaining valuable exposure to site-based operations while working a balanced 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. This contract through April 2026 offers stability, a highly competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to influence culture, leadership capability, and people outcomes at a well-established operation.

Key responsibilities:

Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
Provide trusted HR advice, coaching, and employee relations support
Lead and deliver HR projects aligned with business objectives
Support onboarding, development planning, D&I, wellbeing, and engagement programs
Produce accurate people metrics, insights, and reports
Ensure HR practices comply with legislative and organisational requirements.

About you:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline, with a manual driver’s licence
Strong coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building capability
Solid understanding of employment legislation, investigations, and case management
Positive, proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
FIFO mining experience highly regarded.
