Senior Electrical Engineer
- 3-6 months with potential extension
- 8/6 FIFO roster

Due to a recent business restructure, a Senior Electrical Engineer (contract) is required to join the company’s engineering team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and reports
- Lead the design and development of LV & HV systems for surface and underground
- Electrical asset management
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Contractor and material delivery assistance.
Substantial experience in asset management, with experience and understanding of LV & HV power networks within the mining industry. An in-depth knowledge of surface and underground electrical mining standards is also required.
You will be a practical, self-driven engineer, with the ability to solve technical problems and think logically.
The position offers an 8/6 FIFO roster from Darwin, Perth or Brisbane with competitive remuneration.
Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.
