Supply Officer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Officer with strong Pronto experience to support warehouse operations. This role requires hands-on involvement in inventory control, including assisting with the cataloguing of items within the warehouse, while ensuring accurate system data and safe work practice.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and track critical inventory spares
Process, update and maintain inventory data using Pronto
Assist with the cataloguing and organisation of warehouse items
Operate a forklift and assist with manual handling tasks
Work closely with maintenance contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Ensure all health, safety and compliance standards are maintained.

About you (must have):

Proven experience working as a Supply Officer
Strong Pronto system experience (essential)
Demonstrated experience assisting with cataloguing and inventory accuracy
Current forklift ticket
Valid manual driver’s licence
Available to start asap and able to pass a full pre-employment medical
High attention to detail with strong communication skills.
