Project Processing Superintendent

Our client is a leading WA gold producer who is seeking a Project Process Superintendent for their operation in the Goldfields.

Reporting to the Processing Manager this role will act as the Companies representative for multiple projects associated with a major upgrade of the operations processing facility.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing operational readiness aspects
  • Conducting field interaction and CCV’s
  • Developing and implementing new process documentation
  • Acting as the liaison between maintenance, operations and contractor
  • Quality assurance/control and materials suitability
  • Contractor management/compliance
  • Reporting project progress.

What is required:

  • A formally appointed Statutory Supervisor
  • Experience in developing and implementing projects in a mine-based processing environment
  • Strong supervisory, leadership and mentoring skills
  • Operational readiness knowledge and experience.

This is a unique contract opportunity to join a successful gold producer on an 8/6 roster with competitive remuneration.
