Maintenance Supervisor - Fixed Plant

Permanent opportunity
$230,000 base + super + incentives

Our client, an Australian gold producer, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a Fixed Plant Mechanical background, to join their operation in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

About the role:

Supervise day to day maintenance activities
Lead and support a multi-disciplinary maintenance crew
Oversee breakdowns and preventative maintenance activities
Ensure safe work practices and compliance
Work closely with contractors and site teams.

What we’re looking for:

Statutory Supervisor Certificate (required before 30^th of March)
Mechanical trade qualification
Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Leading Hand
Background in fixed plant maintenance
Strong communication and leadership skills
Current WA C class manual driver’s licence
Tickets – Basic First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces etc
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
