Site Administrator
If you’re a mine site administrator who’s versed in Pronto and SAP, this FIFO opportunity could be worth a look.
With your experience, you’ll know mine site administration isn’t an entry-level role.
You’re expected to keep everything running smoothly, absorb last-minute changes, and still somehow stay on top of compliance, reporting, and people needs. Usually without much backup.
Not here.
These three FIFO Site Administrator roles will support established gold operations, where admin is a critical function, not “extra hands”.
You’ll be working on an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth, across a small number of well-run sites with clear systems and expectations.
Day to day, you’ll be supporting the site leadership team. You’ll be managing site records and reports, coordinating travel and accommodation, handling document control, and being a central point of contact between site teams and external stakeholders.
You’ll also be involved in purchase orders, invoicing, and general office support. With processes already in place, you won’t be relying on guesswork.
These opportunities tend to suit people who are well versed with mine sites, and comfortable juggling competing priorities without constant supervision.
If you’ve worked on a mine site before, understand how quickly things can change, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll feel at home here.
The roles sit with established gold mining companies that value stability and consistency on site. Managers understand the pressure that admin teams sit under and are realistic about workload and expectations.
One reason why these sites retain good people.
If this sounds like it could be a fit, let’s have a quick chat about your SAP and Pronto experience.

Unfortunately, we are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.
