All roles are temp to perm (3–6 months), giving you the benefit of a strong casual rate initially, followed by the security of a long-term role once you’re established.

Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.

What’s on offer:
- Multiple Sites around WA on various rosters 8/6, 7/7, 2/1, 2/2
- Casual Rates: $900 – $1,100 per day (depending on experience) with competitive rates when you go fulltime
- Super paid on all hours worked
- FIFO roles across WA’s leading underground sites
- Immediate starts + smooth, fast mobilisation
- Strong pipeline of upcoming roles if timing isn’t perfect.
- Minimum 6 months Charge Up (development and/or production)
- Current WA Shotfirer’s Licence + DGSC
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical + police check
- Valid Australian working rights.
