Senior Exploration Geologist
If you’re good at what you do but stuck somewhere that won’t let you run with it – this role hands you the space, trust and scope senior geologists rarely get.
You’ve spent years learning how to run an exploration program properly. Here, you’ll finally get to use that experience the way it was meant to be used.
You’ll take full ownership of your own field programs – from planning, logistics and drill supervision through to interpreting results and shaping next steps. Instead of layers of noise or “managing up,” you’ll have the freedom to make informed, senior-level decisions while knowing a strong consulting team is there when you want a second opinion, not when you don’t.
If you’ve been craving actual exploration work, you’ll get it here: hands-on rig time, target testing, early-stage programs with discovery potential, and genuine influence over how the geology evolves. Some weeks mean swagging it and being right in the thick of the action; others mean being in Perth pulling the data apart and deciding where things go next.
This isn’t busywork, maintenance geology or being handed tasks someone else doesn’t want. This is a senior role built for someone who wants to actually do the work again.
You’ll join a growing ASX explorer with ambitious plans, solid ground to work, and a leadership approach that values clarity, decisiveness and respect. People here stay because the environment is straightforward: good projects, no egos, no politics and no guessing games.
You’ll be working across WA gold and critical minerals projects – genuine greenfields and advancing prospects – where your experience will shape the outcomes. You’ll have the support you need, but also the autonomy you’ve earned.
To thrive, you’ll bring:
