A seat at the table in 2-3 years

As the Recruitment Lead, you’ll be trusted to develop your team without senior leaders or managers getting in your lane. You already know how to spot potential in people, and you can identify areas for development.

You’re also somebody who reflects on your potential and development. You let us know what you and your team need to progress, and we’ll help you get there.

Most companies talk about structured career paths but fail to mention what this looks like. MPI is expanding into new territories. People will progress into more senior roles. So, you’ll also have the opportunity to progress into senior management positions. Even a leadership position within 2-3 years.

You’ll have exposure to structured leadership training. Not just in recruitment, but higher-level constructive leadership matters like people engagement, culture, and strategy.

On top if this, you’ll get regular training sessions on markets, HR/IR issues and commodity trends. So, you’re never left wondering what’s happening outside.

You’ll also have your say in the things that matter like wellbeing, recognition and reward, and team events. You’ll report into the General Manager of Recruitment Operations, and you’ll partner with a Recruitment Lead.

All you’ll need to apply

You’ve worked for a recruitment agency in a lead capacity (not to be confused with a management role) and you’ve led a small or mid-sized team. It doesn’t matter if that’s 1-2 people, it’s how you lead and inspire those around you that we’re keen to chat with you about.

You’ll also need to be comfortable that you’ll be building your desk into a non-billing position over the next 12 months. (Away from you billing to your team billing for you)
Lastly, it’s a given, but you’re somebody people will run through walls for.
