Mobilisation Officer

We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator with strong experience in Australian and overseas visa processes, ideally within the mining sector. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment while coordinating complex mobilisation requirements, including international visas, work permits, flights, medicals, and compliance tracking. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be confident creating job ads, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, managing onboarding and inductions, preparing expat work permit documentation, and liaising daily with stakeholders and in-country HR teams. If you understand the challenges of mining mobilisation, communicate effectively across diverse backgrounds, and can work both autonomously and within a team.
