Senior Resource Geologist
If you’re looking for more than just another modelling role, this is your chance to step into a project right as discoveries are accelerating and momentum is building toward development. It’s a rare opportunity to join at the perfect moment - where your work can directly influence what happens next.
You'd be joining Antipa Minerals (ASX: AZY), a well-funded gold-copper explorer with a substantial landholding in WA's Paterson Province. Their flagship Minyari Dome Project continues to deliver new gold-copper discoveries and expand its resource footprint, reinforcing its potential as a future standalone development. This is the ideal time to come onboard and help shape that journey.
This Senior Resource Geologist position gives you the chance to contribute to a project that's actively growing, supported by new mineralised zones, expanding datasets, and ongoing drilling that is strengthening resource confidence and development momentum. Your modelling and estimation expertise will immediately influence how the project evolves.
This is a fulltime, permanent role based in Antipa’s West Perth offices, giving you daily collaboration with the senior leadership team. You’ll also enjoy occasional site travel to stay close to drilling activity and the geology itself – just enough to stay sharp without the FIFO lifestyle.
You’ll work in a small, agile leadership structure where your insight is valued, and your interpretations are acted on quickly. Instead of navigating slow internal processes, you'll see your work used, discussed, and applied in real time. It's a refreshing change if you're coming from a larger, more bureaucratic environment.
This environment suits someone who wants exposure across both exploration and development workflows, rather than being confined to a narrow technical lane. You’ll work closely with the exploration team, external consultants, and the studies group, making your day-to-day varied, technical, and genuinely stimulating.
To thrive here, you’ll bring:
