Exploration Camp All-Rounder
If you’re someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and the initiative to jump in wherever you’re needed, this role gives you a place where that effort genuinely matters. You’ll join a small, friendly exploration camp where staying active and helping the team comes naturally, and where your contribution is recognised every day.
This Exploration Camp All Rounder role suits someone who enjoys a hands on working environment and likes having a mix of camp and light field support. You’ll assist with food preparation, support the cook during dinner service, and help keep the camp comfortable through room make ups, laundry and general cleaning. When things are quieter around camp, you’ll also support the field team with RC sample and diamond core collection, adding variety without disrupting your routine. No two days look the same, and a positive attitude goes a long way here.
The 16/12 FIFO roster gives you long stretches of time off, and with flights, meals and accommodation provided, the daily rate delivers strong value. If you enjoy being trusted, prefer staying active and appreciate a respectful team environment, you’ll feel at home in this role.
You’ll be based in a 36 bed camp with a purpose built, fully enclosed kitchen and screened dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an industrial gas stove and oven, bain marie, BBQ and standard catering equipment. Evening meals are prepared daily, leftovers are available for crib lunches, and weekly deliveries keep the kitchen well stocked and organised.
People enjoy working at this site because it is stable, organised and genuinely friendly. Expectations are clear, the work is steady and the team is supportive. This role suits someone who brings:
