Senior Computer Resource Geologist

You will join a technically disciplined team that values accuracy, clarity and thoughtful interpretation. The focus is advanced computer-based resource modelling, bringing together complex datasets to produce robust, defensible outputs that guide exploration, studies and planning.
You will be involved in:
- Building, updating and validating 3D geological and resource models
- Domaining, wireframing, estimation and resource classification workflows
- Integrating structural, geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets
- QAQC design, execution and data integrity improvements
- Clear communication of assumptions, risks and model outcomes to technical stakeholders.
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in resource geology and modelling
- Advanced capability in Leapfrog, plus proficiency in Vulcan or Datamine
- Precious metals hard rock experience and comfort with structurally complex systems
- Strong grasp of JORC aligned estimation practices and reporting inputs
- Practical understanding of database design, data QAQC and model governance.
