Reliability Superintendent
This is a site‑based role for a leader who understands processing plants and enjoys lifting standards, discipline and asset performance on the ground — in the plant and with the people.
This role gives you ownership of fixed plant reliability and maintenance outcomes.
This suits someone who wants hands‑on leadership and real accountability, not a purely advisory or desk‑driven engineering role.
