Maintenance Supervisor
This is a site based role for someone who wants to lift standards, build credibility and lead from the front in the processing plant, with the crew and in day to day execution.
You’ll:
Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.
You’ll:
- Lead a small, multi discipline maintenance team
- Step up from hands on work into frontline supervision and people leadership
- Drive safe, reliable maintenance across the fixed processing plant, with the addition of NPI
- Gain exposure to planning, shutdowns and preparation for a major plant upgrade within the next 18 months.
- 8/6 roster (Thursday to Thursday)
- Residential village
- BIBO from Geraldton considered
- Up to $185k base + bonus up to 15% + $2500 health insurance reimbursement.
- Has had experience in gold processing plant maintenance
- Is a Leading Hand or Maintenance Supervisor with 2–4 years leadership experience
- Holds a Statutory 26 (or is close to obtaining it)
- Wants to grow into a longer term supervisory or superintendent pathway.
