General Manager - Studies & Project Delivery
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for developing the company’s exploration and mineral resource assets into a commercially viable, intergenerational mining and processing operations.
You will lead and manage all aspects of the study process from Scoping Studies to the Definitive Feasibility Study, and in turn, construction and commissioning.
You will oversee and coordinate exploration and mineral resource development; mine development and design; process & engineering design; environmental & social impact assessments, and all other regulatory approvals required to develop and operate a significant operation.
You will have strong leadership and communication skills, together with demonstrable success – either managing a large-scale mining and minerals processing facility; or project managing feasibility studies for significant mining and/or minerals processing facilities. You will have excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles and engineering best practices.
Being Perth based with a very competitive remuneration package, you will gain immense satisfaction for overseeing the development of a major mining and minerals project within the critical minerals industry.
Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.
