Reliability Engineer - UG Mobile Maintenance

This is a site based reliability role supporting underground mobile maintenance, working in a close knit team that genuinely values learning, collaboration and doing things properly.

You’ll be hands on with the fleet, focused on identifying repeat failures, improving reliability and learning from experienced trades, planners and engineers around you.

You’ll:
  • Analyse mobile equipment performance and failure trends
  • Support RCAs and defect elimination
  • Assist with maintenance strategy optimisation and CBM
  • Work closely with maintenance and operations on practical reliability improvements.
Roster options:
  • 8/6 FIFO from Perth – 12 hour day shift (accommodation provided)
  • 5/2 – 4/3 if residential (Kalgoorlie) – 10 hour day shift.
This role suits someone who:
  • Has mining experience with heavy mobile equipment
  • Ideally has UG exposure, but surface experience is fine if you’re keen to learn UG
  • Is early to mid-career and hungry to learn and develop
  • Enjoys site-based work and being part of a tight team.
Strong culture, supportive environment and a genuine focus on developing people.

If this sounds like the kind of role where you’d learn and grow, let’s talk!!

Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider people with appropriate and relevant experience, and who are either Australian Permanent Residents or have the necessary permits to work in Australia and whom are currently in Australia.
