The role:
This role suits a capable Accounts & Finance Officer or Bookkeeper who enjoys structured, hands‑on finance work within a growing mining business.
In this role you will:
- Own end‑to‑end accounts payable and supplier onboarding
- Manage purchase orders, invoice coding, approvals and payments
- Work across multiple stakeholders and cost centres
- Support a busy project‑based environment with complex invoices
- Use established systems and processes that let you focus on doing the job properly
- You will be supported by an experienced Group Accountant who provides guidance without micromanagement and trusts you to work independently.
The Business

- Systems are already in place (MYOB, Lightyear, ERP exposure)

- Ideally 3 -5 years experience
- Proven ability to work across various finance task, preferably bookkeeping
- Excellent communication skills.
