You’ll be working across M&A and corporate finance transactions, contributing to financial modelling, investor materials and transactional execution. A strong understanding of the mining lifecycle and commodities is essential.

- 5+ years’ experience across corporate finance and/or mining
- Exposure to M&A, financial modelling and Excel
- Experience preparing pitch decks and investor-facing materials
- A degree qualification (double degree advantageous but not essential)
- Confidence to engage commercially and step into client-facing work.
