Some desks feel warm the moment you land in them. This one? Not so much.
You’ll find candidates in the system, clients who still know your name and jobs that can be reopened quickly with the right call.
But this desk won’t move on its own.
This is a volume, blue-collar position where picking up the phone and finding people will help you revive things. You’ll inherit a desk with history, relationships, and potential. Not exactly a cold start, but not the finished item either.
If you’ve done this before, you already know how it pans out. A few slow weeks where you’re rebuilding the base. When the calls start landing, the right candidates start responding, you’ll feel the desk moving again.
And when you’re in that rhythm of talent pooling and marketing good candidates to clients, you’ve got the opportunity to work on what can become one of our most lucrative desks.

You’ll have the opportunity to build on what you already know. You’ll grow your expertise in mining workforce recruitment with regular training sessions and a clear development plan. You’ll be supported by experienced coaches to help you get more from every call.
With agreements in place with some of the biggest names in mining, much of your work will be speaking with people who’ve heard of you. And when new opportunities come up, you’ll be backed by our business development and marketing teams, so you won’t feel like you’re going in cold or unsupported.
You’ll have the tools and support that make your job easier: Integrated tech, marketing, onboarding, payroll, and business development teams that have your back, so you’re freed up to focus on what you do best.

About you:
- You have a desire to succeed. You enjoy building relationships and you’re comfortable having honest conversations with people. You can easily pick up on what people need and you enjoy working in a supportive team.
- Experience in technical recruitment helps, ideally 18 months or more. Experience in mining or trades is a bonus, but it’s not essential.
