Processing Superintendent
You know the type of site that talks about improvement but keeps doing the same thing. This one is gearing up for change.
The processing operations are moving into an expansion phase, with work planned to improve throughput and reliability. It won’t all happen overnight, and that’s where this role comes in.
You’ll step into a Production Superintendent role where you’re leading the processing team on site and making the calls that affect how the plant performs each day, while the operation works on expanding throughput!
You’ll be leading the day to day operations alongside maintenance and metallurgy, coordinating shutdowns, keeping the plant running, and pushing improvements where they make a difference. With refurbishment and upgrades on the horizon, there will be a steady flow of work tied to plant changes, reliability, and throughput.

You’ll enjoy:
- Working closely with supervisors and operators on shift
- Seeing how your team runs and where you can lift performance
- Getting into plant issues and working through them with the people involved
- Being part of the planning and execution of plant upgrades and shutdowns
- Having input into how the plant develops as capacity increases
- A mix of leadership, plant performance, and day to day problem solving.
To step into this role, you’ll need:
- Strong experience across gold processing operations
- A background leading teams at supervisor or superintendent level
- A clear understanding of throughput, recovery and plant availability
- Experience working with maintenance on shutdowns and upgrade work
- Confidence managing tailings and working within site requirements
- A leadership style that holds people accountable and keeps standards clear.
