Senior Metallurgist

You’ll step into a senior role with real influence over plant performance, not just reporting on it.
Working closely with operations and maintenance, you’ll guide day-to-day metallurgy, support plant stability and push improvement work that actually sticks.
There’s a balance here — hands-on when it matters but also the bigger picture around optimisation, reporting and making sure the numbers actually mean something.
You’ll also have a Plant Metallurgist reporting into you, so there’s a genuine opportunity to mentor and lift capability — not just carry the load yourself.
This is a gold operation where metallurgy has a clear voice and isn’t buried behind throughput rate.
