The operation is known for developing and promoting from within, with opportunities to progress into Service Crew and other underground roles over time.

Unfortunately, MPI are only able to consider candidates with appropriate underground mining experience, who are Australian Permanent Residents or hold valid working rights and are currently based in Australia.

What’s on offer:
- $57/hour + super paid on all hours
- 14/14 roster (Thursday to Thursday swing)
- Temp-to-perm opportunity | 90% of people on temp contratcs go perm here
- Genuine career progression opportunities within the operation
- Modern camp facilities with newly upgraded rooms.
- Previous underground mining experience as a Nipper
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical
- Full Australian working rights.
