Underground Shift Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to join the team at a growing owner operator gold mine. With an expanding team and a site that is coming together nicely, now is a great time to join and make a productive difference.

On Offer:

• $1,600 per shift (casual starting rate) with competitive fulltime rates on sign over
• 14:14 roster – Thursday to Thursday
• FIFO ex Perth – no flights from interstate candidates will be covered
• Great camp and facilities.

• WA S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate
• Proven Underground Shift Supervisor experience
• 3 years relevant underground experience
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• Manual C Class Driver’s Licence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong, confident leader of mid-to-large UG crews
• Solid background across development and/or production
• Someone who leads from the front and owns their shift
• High-level understanding of safety systems, compliance & training
• A team player who contributes to a positive site culture.
