Crushing Supervisor

One of our major contracting clients requires a driven leader - to step in and support a crushing crew on delivering project works safely and on time.

We are looking for someone with previous crushing and screening experience that has energy and drive - to assist crews onsite achieve targets and deliver high standard outcomes whilst maintaining safety standards. If you take pride in your work, stay calm under pressure and are highly motivated to make a change and positive impact - This could be for you!

Job scope:

  • You will oversee the day to day running of a mobile crushing unit
  • Supporting your crew and staff onsite delivering projects safely and on time
  • Creating effective handovers with outgoing and incoming peers
  • Following and making sure your crew are following best safety practices.

What do you need for this role:

  • Must have previous supervisory experience in a crushing and screening space
  • Must have obtained S26 qualification
  • Leadership and Supervisory Training advantageous
  • Must have Loader/Load rite experience
  • Experience working with Terex Finlay/Metso Power Screen advantageous.
