Exploration Geologist
If you're an Exploration Geologist with experience in aircore drilling and a sound understanding of Yilgarn regolith logging, this 6-month FIFO contract offers the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise while enjoying a high level of autonomy within a close-knit geology team.
Contributing to a highly active gold exploration project, you'll play a key role in the collection, logging and interpretation of geological data to advance exploration targets and support ongoing discovery success.
Working on a 14/7 FIFO roster from Perth, you'll be based in an established donga camp with private accommodation and site amenities, providing a comfortable setup throughout your swing.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Degree qualifications in Geology or Earth Sciences
- At least 2 years' exploration geology experience, including a minimum of 12 months supporting AC drilling programs
- Strong understanding of sampling procedures and QAQC practices
- Experience with Leapfrog & Plexar
- Ability to work independently in a remote exploration environment
- Current WA manual driver's licence
- Previous experience in a salt lake exploration setting will be highly regarded.
