Principal - Asset Management

Most structural integrity roles are about keeping one site running. This one lets you influence how multiple operations manage some of their most critical assets.

Based in Perth, you'll sit in a corporate technical team and become the go-to person for structural integrity across a large mining portfolio. You'll work with site teams, challenge conventional thinking, solve complex asset health problems and help shape the standards everyone works to.

You'll have the chance to get involved in everything from structural risk reviews and defect elimination through to major projects, life extension work and investigations when things don't go to plan.

It's the kind of role where your opinion matters.

One day you might be helping a site understand an emerging structural risk. The next, you'll be reviewing a major project, questioning assumptions, or helping develop the framework that guides how structural integrity is managed across the business.

This would suit someone who:

• Enjoys being the technical expert rather than the people manager
• Likes solving problems that don't have obvious answers
• Gets satisfaction from preventing failures before they happen
• Wants to influence decisions across multiple sites rather than being tied to one operation
