We will need the following:
- Current WA Underground Shift Supervisor's certificate (essential)
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
- Extensive underground mining experience within hard rock operations
- Previous supervisory experience leading underground crews
- Strong understanding of underground mining equipment, production, and development activities
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
- Current WA Manual C class driver's licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance requirements.
