Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, with strong drive and desire to advance to step into an exciting role at one of WA's most iconic mine sites.

The Role:
  • Lead Maintenance Operations teams in fostering a safe, productive and compliant work environment by ensuring all activities align with statutory requirements, operational procedures and company health and safety standards
  • Supervise maintenance personnel to deliver effective maintenance and repair of Ultra-Class Face Shovels, Hydraulic Excavators and ancillary support equipment, ensuring departmental KPIs and business objectives are consistently achieved
  • Participate in pre- and post-shift planning and work management reviews, monitoring work orders, schedule adherence and overall compliance with departmental maintenance plans
  • Drive cost-effective maintenance practices that maximise equipment reliability and support production targets, while managing the receipting of work orders and parts in accordance with company procurement procedures
  • Prepare accurate and timely shift reports, coordinate workforce rosters and shift coverage, monitor attendance, address non-compliance issues and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

What You'll Need:
  • Strong mechanical maintenance experience with a solid supervisory background
  • Experience on Komatsu and Liebherr Ultra Class Mining Equipment
  • Current “C” class Western Australian driver's licence
  • Mechanical Trade qualification
  • Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training
  • Competency is using integrated management systems, Microsoft office suite, INX, Pronto and AMT
  • St John's Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable).
