We're seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join a large-scale gold operation on a residential 7/7 roster (12-hour days and nights). With a long mine life and genuine opportunities for growth, this is a chance to secure a stable leadership role while working with a high-performing team.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading your crew and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant. You'll play a key role in developing your team, driving performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
• A solid background in leadership or supervisory roles within the mining industry
• Strong understanding of gold processing operations and plant management
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• National Police Clearance 
• Current Australian C class driver's licence.
