Open Pit Opportunities

MPI has been awarded an exclusive recruitment drive to source experienced operators for our client’s owner operated site. All roles are FIFO ex Perth. 

We are seeking a volume of experienced open pit operators for their production crew.

• Dump Truck Operators (Hitachi EH3500AC-3)
• All-Round Operators (CAT 16 Grader, CAT D10T, CAT 777 Watercarts, CAT992)
• Excavator Operators (Hitachi EX3600-7, EX2600 – 7, EX1200-7)
• Open Pit Supervisors

Offered initially under labour hire (typically a 3-month contract), successful candidates will be offered a 25.0% casual loading premium to their hourly rate ie: If the perm base rate is $60.00/hr, under labour hire the offer would be $75.00/hr.

Requirements for the roles:

• Hold a current full driver's licence (C-Class as a minimum)
• Be able to pass an intensive pre-employment medical, including a drug/alcohol screen
• Be able to provide a clean national police clearance
• Provide three recent mining references.
